- 口譯好好玩：視譯、跟讀、與公眾演說學習: 奠定對口譯的基本認識。
- 讀詩就像一場猜謎遊戲: 詩的語言在其精巧，詩人往往透過各種技巧把他們想說的話隱藏起來，讀詩的過程就像一場猜謎遊戲。本課程將透過美國詩人Emily Dickinson 的作品，帶大家練習讀詩的技巧，練習透過文本分析的方法，解開詩人設計的謎題。
- 兒童文學 Children's Literature: This class explores the joys and uses of children’s literature for older readers, who are no longer children. Because children’s literature offers interesting stories that are often shorter and less complex than adult literature, they can be effective tools for learning about language and culture. This class explores these ideas through a variety of children’s stories, from picturebooks for the very young to adolescent novels for young adults. This class involves reading and discussing stories.
- 筆譯初認識: 課程旨在提升學生對於翻譯工作的認識，幫助學生了解翻譯的基本概念， 透過講解、討論、練習，學生將掌握基本翻譯技巧與跨文化溝通的敏感度。
